Paleo Shopping

The title of this blog is "workingman's paleo", the name is inspired by the grateful dead album that is full of bluecollar folk songs ('workingman's dead'). Crossfit purgatory goes paleo for 6 weeks today and my goal is to go paleo while not spending a ton of money. I will be compiling recipes that are tasty and simple. I will eat whatever's in season: fresh and cheap. The tentative goal is to hit the 10 dollars a day mark.
